CONTACT INFORMATION Candles are shipped by DHL ground. Please allow 4 business days to ship your order, as your they must be manufactured. Normally DHL delivers in 3-4 business days. Please understand at times the factory gets backed up and then it takes a bit longer to produce an order.

ORDER CANCELLATION Order CAN NOT be cancelled once they have go into production. There are literally thousands of order combinations possible and therefore stocking becomes unmanageable as well as candles scents dissipate the longer they stand. If an order has NOT gone into production (been poured) then it is possible to cancel an order. To cancel an order please email Sales@GatewayCandles.com along with your order number. Refusal of delivery will not generate a refund.
INTERNATIONAL/DOMESTIC SHIPPING The shipping charges apply only to continental United States, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Territories and Canada. Shipments are not permitted to PO Boxes, as DHL will not deliver to a PO Box. Please provide a physical USA shipping address. RETURNS & REFUNDS 1. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable under any circumstance. 2. If you did not get what was ordered or the product was damaged in transit please get an RA number by emailing CustomerService@GatewayCandles.com. All orders are custom made and are not returnable for any other reason. 3. Returned product must be physically received to qualify for a refund. 4. Upon receipt of the returned product with an RA number, a credit will be issued to the credit card or an in store credit will be issued each within 30 days at Gateway Candles discretion (depending on the circumstances).
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES & REFUSED SHIPMENTS Please double check your address on the checkout section. An additional shipping fee will be assessed for packages which must be forwarded or retuned due to refusal.
